Nowadays, everyone is concerned about privacy, especially when it comes to personal computers. Adware is a topic that comes up a lot in debates about computer privacy. One train of thought is that adware is harmful and should be avoided at all costs. The other train of thought is that adware is benign. However, no matter who you listen to, it is a fact that adware makes your computer store advertisements.

Most of the people think that each time after using the internet or removing of files by deleting them from PC, it is removed permanently from the PC. But the fact is that there are traces left in your computer every time you do the above unlike what many people think that there remains no trace at all. The computer actually keeps record of these by leaving traces of footprints which can be tracked later. In addition to this, a good part of hard disk area is consumed by these traces or footprints as a result your computer starts performing slow, booting process also takes more time and sometime may crash ending up loosing important files, programs and dates.
